Fleishman Is in Trouble, a series adaptation of the New York Times bestseller of the same name by Taffy Brodresser-Akner, is streaming on Hulu on Thursday, November 17.
The series stars Academy Award nominee Jesse Eisenberg, Emmy Award nominee Lizzy Caplan, and Emmy Award winner Claire Danes. Also, the cast includes Adam Brody, Christian Slater, Josh Radnor, Joy Suprano, Ralph Adriel Johnson, Brian Miskell, Michael Gaston, and Juani Feliz. Meara Mahoney Gross and Maxim Swinton portray the young Hannah and Solly.
“It’s about life, marriage, and how young love can become old resentment.” FX’s Fleishman Is in Trouble centers on 41-year-old Toby Fleishman as he enters the brave new world of app-based dating with the kind of success he never experienced when dating in his youth.
Brodresser-Akner will serve as the creator and an executive producer. Sarah Timberman, Carl Beverly, and Susannah Grant are the other EPs. Additionally, the creators of Little Miss Sunshine, Valerie Faris, and Jonathan Dayton, will executive produce and direct several episodes.

Fleishman Is In Trouble is the story of recently divorced 41-year-old "Toby Fleishman" (Jesse Eisenberg), who dives into the brave new world of app-based dating with the kind of success he never had dating in his youth. But just at the start of his first summer of sexual freedom, his ex-wife disappears, leaving him with the kids and no hint of where she is or whether she plans to return.
