20th Century Studios has announced the premiere date and provided a first look photo for its sci-fi psychological thriller titled “No One Will Save You,” featuring Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Kaitlyn Dever (known for her role in “Dopesick”). The film is set to exclusively premiere on Hulu in the U.S., Star+ in Latin America, and Disney+ in all other territories on September 22nd.
Written and directed by Brian Duffield, the movie revolves around Brynn Adams (portrayed by Dever), a talented and creative young woman who feels disconnected from her community. Despite her loneliness, Brynn finds comfort in her childhood home until one night when she is startled by strange noises from otherworldly intruders. The story unfolds into an action-packed face-off between Brynn and a group of extraterrestrial beings who not only threaten her future but also force her to confront her past.
The film is produced by Tim White, Trevor White, and Allan Mandelbaum, with Duffield serving as a producer as well. Kaitlyn Dever and Joshua Throne are the executive producers.
Among 20th Century Studios’ upcoming projects are the White Man Can’t Jump reboot and The Boogeyman. Also in the pipeline are “Vacation Friends 2” premiering on Hulu on August 25th, Kenneth Branagh’s latest Agatha Christie adaptation “A Haunting in Venice” on September 15, Gareth Edwards’ AI-themed sci-fi actioner “The Creator” starring John David Washington on September 29, and the comedy “Quiz Lady” featuring Sandra Oh and Awkwafina, heading to Hulu on November 3.
