Paramount+ has revealed a sneak peek image and premiere date, October 6, for the horror film Pet Sematary: Bloodlines. Acting as a prequel to Stephen King’s Pet Sematary, the movie explores the untold chapter from King’s scariest property. Set in 1969, it follows a young Jud Crandall, who uncovers sinister secrets in his hometown, linking him to a dark family history. With his childhood friends, Jud must confront an ancient evil threatening Ludlow’s existence. The cast includes Jackson White, Forrest Goodluck, Jack Mulhern, Henry Thomas, Natalie Alyn Lind, and Isabella Star LaBlanc, with Pam Grier and David Duchovny making appearances. Directed and co-written by Lindsey Beer, the film is part of the Paramount+ Peak Screaming collection, featuring horror movies and Halloween-themed TV episodes. It will premiere on October 6 in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and Brazil, and the following day in other international markets.
