FX has released images from their upcoming series “The Full Monty,” a comedy-drama set 25 years after the BAFTA-award-winning movie.
The eight-episode series, which will stream exclusively in the US on Hulu in June, follows the same group of men as they navigate Sheffield’s post-industrial city and crumbling healthcare, education, and employment sectors.
The original movie’s Academy Award-winning screenwriter, Simon Beaufoy, returns as a writer and executive producer, with the original cast reprising their roles. Newcomers to the ensemble include Talitha Wing and Paul Clayton. The series is produced by Simon Lewis and executive produced by Lee Mason.
