The live coverage of the trials involving Alex Murdaugh and Gwyneth Paltrow on Court TV broke all-time viewership records.
Capitalizing on this success, Court TV is now launching a new original documentary series called “Accomplice to Murder with Vinnie Politan”.
Hosted by lead anchor Vinnie Politan, the series will focus on the stories of ordinary people who become involved in the world of deception and manipulation and become accomplices to murder. The series will feature convicted, condemned, and exonerated accomplices who will provide insights into cases whose verdicts may not be as straightforward as initially believed.
The series draws from Court TV’s vast library of trials spanning three decades, and veteran producers will guide viewers through the dramatic twists and turns of each trial. The show premieres on May 7 at 8 p.m. with its first episode on the Florida v. Kananen case. Other episodes include Florida v. Gutierrez and Mississippi v. Edmonds, which will air on May 14 and May 21, respectively.
