Hannah Gadsby, who has won both Emmy and Peabody awards for her previous comedy specials, is now presenting her third show titled “Something Special”. In this latest performance, Gadsby talks about various topics including their own wedding, encounters with bunnies, and more.
Unlike her previous shows where she openly discussed her mental health issues, this show has a more positive tone described as “feel-good” in the official Netflix description. Gadsby acknowledges that she has talked about her struggles in the past, and now it’s time for some positivity.
The show was filmed at the Sydney Opera House in the fall of 2022, and Gadsby’s previous Netflix specials, Nanette and Douglas, have also received critical acclaim and awards.
