The highly anticipated dark comedy SisterS will make its debut on IFC on Wednesday, May 17 at 11 pm ET/PT, with new episodes airing weekly. The six-episode season, which marks the writing debut of real-life best friends Sarah Goldberg and Susan Stanley and stars Emmy(R) nominee Sarah Goldberg and Susan Stanley (Fair City), will be available to binge on Sundance Now and AMC+ the same day.
The show follows Sare (Goldberg) as she travels to Ireland to track down her biological father after discovering that her mother’s partner was not her biological father, and discovers she has a half-sister named Suze (Stanley) whose life is in shambles. Share convinces Suze to join her on a road trip across Ireland to find their alcoholic father, and they form an unbreakable bond during their journey.
